I think I posted one a while back- but it's important to know that the channels are either audio OR MIDI - they can't do both. Same for the crossfader, sampler, or any other section you define as MIDI.
If you don't find it in a search let me know and I'll see if I can find my mapping and post it. I use internal mode, with channels 2/3 for MIDI control - the master audio on channel 1 and the cue audio on channel 4.
