No Headphone sound with Mac [Solved]

Hi everyone!

Just bought a CrossDj 2.3.1 and now trying to get headphones work with my new Mac. I'm a beginner with mac so I'm gonna need some help. I'm running CrossDj with Hercules DJ 4set. I have no idea how get output channels 3-4 to work with headphones cue. Checked also mapping with cue and that seemed to be okay. My problem is shown in attached picture. I've chosen headphones to channels 3-4 as usual but CrossDj doesn't find these channels..?! Some problems with drivers or is it just some tricky "mac thing"? Checked also Mac sound settings.. Seemed ok.. Nothing mentionable there..

I can also change Hercules DJ 4set profile instead of built-in Output.. Then I can choose outputs 1-2 and 3-4 but hearing sound from headphones not from speakers. Outputs in sound settings seems to be ok.. So has this issue something to do why CrossDJ doesn't support hercules DJ 4set? Please help me. I'm desperate.

Got response from Hercules support.. Remembered wrong.. MIDI and headphones are both on channel 1-2.. Now controller settings supposed to be right (worked with VDJ) but still nothing from headphones.. Something wrong with CrossDJ or is it just some issue with mac sound settings? Usually i solve these issues in day or two but this is more tricky situation than never before.

Hi!

On your screenshot, we can see you didn't even select the Hercules as soundcard.
Moreover, I guess audio drivers are needed for this soundcard, check you installed them!

What soundcard options do you have in the soundcard drop down (audio tab)

Hi! Already solved this problem. I'm still noob with mac so this was partly because of it. Changed settings from built-in output to Hercules DJ 4Set Aggregate and set MIDI & headphones to channels 1-2 and routed hercules input/output settings again from mac audio settings and voilà, it worked.
