Hi!

using VDJ and, Vfx (rarely now), CrossDJ.
first analyzed all files with VDJ and everything working fine.
after analyze with CrossDJ i can't get any picture from both programs.
some of the files are not even showing time at explorer, some of them play with meida player some don't, but not with none of the software...
File sizes seems to be correct.
None of the media info programs show any codec info about files, not show any streams... tried several programs that promised fix, but none worked...

save changes in tags option with default enabled...
unchecked for now, but i have today VDJ night, and... no videos.. not happy..

And this is only with Promo Only HD videos, not with any other HD or SD video..

Any solution?

I had the same problem here.
You have some backup?
Not the program to fix this, or do you re-download, or replace the files from backup.

It was the only way that worked, I had to download 490 videos again.

I realized that corrupts files only when you do a re-analyzes the songs in your collection, and then edit tags.

i don't have no other backup as my external working drive witch is in raid (2 drives in mirror)... so probably i have to try download version...
How that can be?
today i'm only over Wi-Fi, so...

i have to add:
for most of the files helped rewritting cover file...
but after "enable write in mp4 tags" problem stays.,
if i mux files and add then metadata manually all problems are gone.
What does CrossDj does diffrently then all others? VDJ adds also Key without destroying the file...

and there also same problem with Ultimix videos...

actually there is an issue in the case of a media is a:
- video
- MP4/M4V
- absolutely not tagged

Cross can not create a tag correctly and corrupts the media. This does not happen if the media already has a tag.

From the next version (1.1.1 RC), Cross will not write anything in the tag in the case described above.

but until then I think it is most important not to take any risk.
I made a copy of all my files,and the tags for mp3 and mp4 i edited in the Mp3Tag .
I don't have this problems

question is, is it possible reverse the proccess somehow...

all my files (MP4) also had tag, before being placed on Cross, and edited by mediamonkey.

in my files, the fields disappear flame rate, codec, etc ...
And in windows explorer, no longer appears the total time of the video.
