After updating from 2.3.0 to 2.3.1 and Video 1.0 to 1.1.0. Cross DJ has been crashing on me. It crashes and turns off in Video mode (with video plugin on). I haven't tried these files with the video plugin off, I am a VJ so i need to use video. Its is crashing on Videos that i have played already played in the past and have worked in 2.3.0 and 1.0. Is anyone else having this issue after upgrading?

I am using a
MAC OSX Verison 10.6.8 - Snow Leopard
Processor 2GHZ Intel Core I7
Memory 8GB 1333 MHz DDr3

Please can you send us the Cross crash reports that you have? When the software crashes, please click on 'Report' and copy the text in a document. Then send me it. So we can try to analyze what happened.

You can also find them in the Library folder (To locate the Library folder, choose 'Go to Folder' from Finder’s 'Go' menu and type:~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/).

YES i'M HAVING TROUBLES TOO! i UNINSTALLED AND RE INSTALLED THEN AT NEAR THE END OF INSTILLATION Cross CRASHED? SOMETIME IT WORKS FINE THEN TOUCH ANYTHING SAMPLES, LOOPS, NEW SONG. CRASH! i'M USING DJM 2000 NX AND 2 CDJ 2000 NX WITH THE HID. IS THERE ANY SECRET TURN ON ORDER OR PROCESS I SHOULD FOLLOW TO NOT CRASH! i GET MOST OF MY CRASHES JUST AT THE SPLASH SCREEN AS Cross STARTS UP? i USE VIDEO'S AS WELL. i JUST TRIED TO TURN OFF THE UAC AND RESTARTED TURNED ON AND DID NOT CRASH BUT MUST LEAVE TO GO DO SOME ERRANDS. HOPE WHEN GET BACK STILL NO CRASH. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE I GOT IT. THOUGHT IT WAS MY INSTALL AND ANAYLIZING OF MY MASSIVE MUSIC COLLECTION. i HAVE ORDERED THE Cross Pack TO SEE IF THAT WOULD TAKE SOME WORK OFF THE PROGRAM TO MAKE IT RUN MORE STABLE. i LIKE THE PROGRAM BUT DON'T WANT TO GO BACK TO VIRTUAL DJ AND SERATO, BUT WELL SEE. I AM GETTING READY TO START MY SEASON OF NONSTOP WORKING WEDDINGS AND FRAT PARTYS, NEED CLOSER. TRAVIS BERRY

- try to install Cross without any devices connected
If you can survive this without crash you're on the good way.

- update the firmware of the CDJ (actually 1.10)
- don't forget to install Pioneer ASIO drivers on your system

- launch Cross, select the ASIO Pioneer as a soundcard
Now HID should be ok.

- then install and activate video plugin
Now video should be ok.
