1620 Urei Mixer.

About a week ago i was at my friends surprise birthday party. For some odd reason my friends mixer would not work with the program. I was not able to get any sound at all.
The program did not recognize the signal coming from the mixer to the Audio interface.
Everything on the mixer was plugged in properly. Im still thinking in my mind, why wasn't i able to use that nice piece of mixer. It wouldnt even recognize as if the turntables weren't connected at all.
Me and my friend still can't see what went wrong. I even restarted the laptop 4 times and nothing.

P.S. There was a window that would open up saying that some other program is using the U46MKII and to close that program try again.

did the comp have the sc as default

I changed the settings on the sound card to go to the U46MKII from the laptops speakers. It's not my mixer i have a 1601s Battle mixer that i use on the regular and never had any problems with it. Im a happy camper!
