MIX VIBES U44 doesn't work anymore

my U-Mix44 had been a solid companion of mine for quite some time now. Than I installed a TASCAM USB interface (Tascam US-1641) as well, and since then, my U-Mix isnt recognized by my PC (Windows 7 64 bit) anymore, it doesnt show up anywhere........
And i can't uninstall the tascam drivers manually...
What can i do?
