I purchased the video plug for Cross, a couple of months ago. I didn't have windows 7 at the time to install it. I do now! But in the meantime, my old computer died with the email you sent with the download link and key...I downloaded the software, but do not have the key. Can you please forward it to me or advised me what to do!

Does your email provider have a webmail function? Some providers store all your emails on their server, as well as sending them to your computer. Certainly worth a try.

my would be ,,did you delete the e mail after using it ,,if so it might be gone ,,,
are you still using the same e mail account /adress ,have you checked to see if its still there

Send a mail to activate@mixvibes, with your account ID or email I guess he could found it.
And this time don't forget to record it into your forum profil...
