U-Mix Control Pro just stopped working

I'm beginning to think this controller is a piece of junk. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't but now after downloading the update, when it's powered on, only the power light stays on, no other LED is lit and nothing works. Very discouraged with this controller. Please help.

The update I'm referring to is the Cross DJ update. Not sure if it is related to the controller problem.

So i guess you are using CrossDJ 2.2.0 right?
For me when i turn on the U-Mix Control Pro its doing like a LED light test and after that there is only the power light which remains lit.
When i start CrossDJ the other lights turn on aswell.

So just for understanding, this doesn't happen with your U-Mix Control Pro?
(Sorry if this sounds dumb) Did you choose the U-Mix Control Pro in MIDI Control Settings of CrossDJ?
Did you upgrade the firmware of your U-Mix Control Pro to "U-Mix Control Pro firmware 4.3"?

if all of these check out when you open up Cross and the U-Mix dosnt respond ,open preferences and look in MIDI tab and see if the controller in on line ,should be green and flashes when a MIDI command is being sent,, at that point if its not ,close Cross and turn off controller , either resttart your system ,or log back in ,,open Cross fresh by admin rights ,while its coming on ,turn on the U-Mix ,see if that works,, you seem to have usb conflicks,,,,,turn off any wi fi and or any other usb device

May be your usb can not give enough power to the device, or your device is simply faulty.
