once you buy a product, copy your activation code and post it in your profile under serial numbers. Other wise you will not be able to do updates.

I did... I never knew you had to post your serial numbers to your profile in order to access downloads.

I had bought CrossDJ and they apparently did it automaticly for me. But aprently they didnt for anything else when I upgraded to Cross and video. I didnt find anything on google, bing, yahoo, this forum, nothing about it. So i'm going to leave it up and it should be put in a standard message, "if you would like access to upgrades, make sure your serial number is in your profile"...

it could save a lot of headachs and heart breaks...just saying

Hi, I just recently bought a Mix Vibes Vfx Control used on EBAY. It came with both disks and the serial number but when I input the serial into the (code) box during installation I get a message that says invalid serial. Ive input the code at least 50 times in everyway, with -, with caps, without caps, with and without spaces. What should I do?
