U-Mix Control not working correctly.

I have been on the forum and the internet for about 2 days trying to find a solution to my problem(s).
I bought the U-Mix Control Pro and software about 6 months ago but never paid it much attention until now because i have been too busy. I used to own Pioneer 1000's MK 3 with Pioneer 600 mixer, that I would input my computer with Virtual DJ for additional sounds or when I'm feeling lazy. So I am accustomed to hardware setup. However I have some issue in the setup of this CrossDJ software with the U-Mix Control Pro.
Firstly, I can only hear Deck B through the headphones. This is weather "Source B" is on or not and if "Source A" is on or not. If I play only deck A there is no sound. if I play deck B I can hear deck B. This is only through the headphones. The music plays correctly through the monitor speakers.
Secondly, Headphone Source A/B, Gain, Mid, Bass, volume and crossfader do not work on either deck. Absolutely no response or sound regardless of how many settings I have tried. But the functions such as "Load A" & "Load B", browse, master volume and shift do work without issue along with pitch, cue, play, sync and the jog wheels.
As I said, I have been trying to fix this now for 2 days, so I have tried different mappings, I have reinstalled software, drivers and firmware. I have even tried mapping the decks myself, which is a disaster. I have tried different setups for the input and output to try and fix the audio issue and nothing is working.
I would be grateful for any help or ideas.
