Second sound card is unusable?(solved)

Am I understood right? This software can utilize only one multichannel sound card, not two cards?
Many years I use the notebooks for work. I have an external soundcard and all programs I used (traktor, mixmeister, vdj etc) allowed me to route master signal to the primary sound card and preview signal - to the secondary one.
Now I bought Cross DJ for the great Video DJ ability, but has been very disappointed that I cannot utilize it by usual way. :(

As I think Is it not too hard to implement this very important feature?

why would you need another one if you already have a multichannel one?

I guess his external soundcard is no multichannel one.
I hate to say it but this should be standart equipment while using DJ software.

4 sc avaible for use with Cross:cool:  Give us the info to the sound cards you are trying to use ,,Cross does reconize multible sc ,,my systen can switch between up to 4 sc ,,in Apple o s you can aggreate sc to create a multi channek sc set up ,, in windows you can use a free program too add sc together ASIO4ALL,, the best solution is to have a true multi channel sc and used by Cross,,,,so before critising the software realize you dont have all the info nessary to get your set up running   and also welcome to mixvibes fourm

Oh I'm Sorry for inconvenience. I just bought sw and registered.
------------------------------
Win7x64 at Notebook 17" Samsung R780
2xIntel i3-M310 @ 2.4 GHz
4 Gb RAM Video AMD HD5000 mobile
Internal SC - Realtek HD Audio
External SC - Roland's EDIROL UA-1X USB audio interface.
-------------------------------
In this usage ASIO4ALL not differs from internal sc.
They both have only one couple of outputs.
The point is I have to select ONE sc then select outputs of THIS sc.
Other software allows to assign the outputs of ANY sc.
Here's the proofs (i have not traktor at hand, but there is the same)

  getting more info from you ,,is good ,,,
is the external sc a multi channel sc and reconized as such in Cross,, if so select it in the drop down panel in audio preferences and select the out puts to go too what you want ,if it is not a multi channel sc the download asio4all ., m,,,,read the instructions,,and implement the audio config,,,

  now my next :?: :?: is when you have this setup in the other software are you experiencing a sound lag between the two different sc ,,ie as you listen to the monitor sc ,and play the track you are listening too on the main ,,does the sound seem too drift almost seem to start echoing ,, :?: :?:

You can use any number of sound cards in Windows OR on the Mac.

Windows you can do this through ASIO4All if it's not supported natively.

On the Mac you can use an aggregate audio device to combine sound cards to appear as a single device.
