hello!

my problem is that when i try to load track to Cross DJ there comes "track loading error cant load your track: check your audio settings"
i've searched solution for 2days and i've tried almost everything imo... i have windows 7 64bit and Cross DJ 2.2.0 but i've also tried 1.7.0 version.
dont know what more to say about my issue :S

which asio driver have you installed? the newest or the driver from cd?
Some more info about your setup would be helpful.

i have controller and amplifier connected to it.
i just downloaded the latest version and tried to get it work but i couldnt get any sound just the track started to play

Are you sure your audio isn't used by an another audio process?

what do you mean? i redd while ago that the controller cant be used by windows and Cross at same time, did you mean this? should i disable it completely from there or make it communication device or main audio device? disabling completely maybe the only thing i havent tried so dont tell me i need to do that >.<

do you have the U-Mix contril pro or pro2 ,and the volume control panel installed

regerstered since sept ,,have you had the software and hardware set up before and running ,,
in the windows audio panel when you have the controller connected to computer is it in the selection list for sound devices in play back,, if it is its not selected as default for windows ,,, . do you have the checkmark selected for using mixvibes product at start up ,, ,,do you see it in the drop down menue in Cross /audio for the controller .should be listed as asio U-Mix,,,

looked at your picture all are answered except the windows audio panel selection ,,,

well i used it at my moms place where i didnt have proper speakers or amplifier with audio setup that didnt let me listen songs beforehand and i sort of practiced. Now when i moved to girlfriends place i got amplifier and nice speakers so i tried to get it work but no use :S

yeah its there but i havent selected it so it only says ready.

yeah i tho it would have to do something with the playback devices settings but imo i've tried everything :S
