why am i asked a password for Cross 2.2 upgrade?

upgrade or 2.2 update from download center

I've downloaded it from the update center and successfully installed it but when i run the programme it asks for a cd key.

Hey,

Have you deleted the old version before and also run ccleaner or so? Than its an normal behavior. Please enter your serial you can just copie and past it from your personal profil page. If it always ask for it on every startup please check your system rights there is than something wrong.

If it still asks for CD key:

1. Uninstall Cross
2. Delete the folder
C:\Users\"User name"\AppData\Roaming\MixVibes\Cross...
Attention: Backup your custom Keyboard/Controller mappings first
3. Install Cross again, enter your Key for the last time.

Now everything shoudt be OK.
