hi can anyone help me ? once i open the Cross 2.1 there is an error on the treb and bass both not in the center like deck A

I did not get it?!?! They are in the middle?!?!

Deck A is not "in the center" too : see the gain knob.
Check your U-Mix Control Pro knobs position.

If the knob are centered on your hardware but not into the software, you might wanna check if the software does the same without the controler at launch.

hi my U-Mix Control Pro knobs are all in the center but as for the software are not in the center i have no idea why like this

and what happens if u turn the knobs on your controller all the way to both directions then back to center?

if i turn the knobs all the way to both direction its still the same

Try to disable your MIDI controllers in Cross and restart it. Are the knobs now in the middle?

i guess is the mapping that give me an error for the knobs dun mind can u share your mapping ?

Really? Did you make change in your mapping before?
You shoudt get the default mappings back by reinstalling Cross.

try this ,, if you are using the control pro ,there are added mapping half way down the list ,, to either use 6 locators or 6 sample banks,, try one of thoes and see if this occures also,,,have you centered the rotary knob and centered the controls in the gui ,
