Hey everyone I was wondering if there was any way how to change the crossfader curve on the Cross Discover DJ software, as I wanted to practice scratching techniques. Therefore I need a sharp CF curve to do that. Would I need to edit the MIDI mapping for the controller and if so can anyone help me on how to do this?

I think that is the problem: with his version (1.6 or 1.7) he can not do so. Update is not possible because he is using a restricted license. The only way is to upgrade to a complete Cross version for some bucks.

What you have is a limited version of Cross that was bundled/sold with discover DJ , the other versions of Cross DJ , (MIDI controller ) and Cross ( MIDI and time code control ) will work with your controller and any other controller that has or can be mapped to the software,, depends on your needs , there is a upgrade price avaible

Yes, your controller has native support in Cross and CrossDJ
