MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

Hi there I recently got MixVibes 2.0.1 and I'm running it off a Maya 44 soundcard with 2 Stanton STR8-30 vinyl's and a Behringer VMX 200 with brand new head shells and needles, however when I try and collaborate the vinyl's a diagonal line runs across both the grids, I desperately need help with this does anyone know what the issue could be?
