WIN7 CONTROL PRO USB NOT WORKING

After installing Cross DJ and turning on my brand new U-Mix Control Pro it does not install on Windows 7. I can not install any drivers for it, and tried using the drivers directory from the install, still does not work.

Attached is an image of the properties page of the mix control pro.

Looks like it's just this installation on my main laptop. Everything else works fine but for some reason it doesn't see the device as the control pro but when i plug it into another laptop with win7 it works fine.

So disappointing...

Why does MixVibes not provide a driver package??

Now i have to setup a VM with Win7 and go through the entire install process just to get the driver file...tsk tsk.

I dont think there is a major issue with WIN7 issues Daniel, as this is the first one ever so far. Must be something to do with permissions within win 7, or the actual computer settings/ board/ bios drivers settings ect.
Cheers

I'm an IT consultant so if there was an easy fix i would have already figured it out.

For some reason it keeps recognizing the device as unknown but whenever i try and load it directly to a VM it recognizes it correctly and then the host (being my Win7) crashes it out and says it's an unknown device and Windows has stopped it.

There are plenty of known issues with Windows 7 an error code 43 now i just have to spend hours trying to figure it out and last resort just wiping the system and starting over.

If anybody does have it working on win7 and can post a zip file of the drivers i would be greatly appreciative, that way i can try and manually install the drivers. If you need instructions on how to get the files let me know and i'll put together a tutorial.

thanks
