 in the Cross gui is a volume control for headphones and in the U-Mix hard ware there is a physical volume control,, :?: :?: if the Vfx gui dosnt have a seperate headphone control ,can you adjust the volume levels for the headpne output in the audio control panel :?: :?: not familiar with the Vfx software ,,just thinking about the possibilities :?: :?:

is the physical mix control on the umixcp set on mix or headphones :?: :?:

Check the volume fader into : Menu/Windows/Audio mixer.
Also check the cue/mix and volume on the U-Mix Control Pro front panel.

the volume has set to the highest both window and UMCPRO but still a low output volume on the headphone! and i have tried it before.

is there any settings to adjust the volume of the headphone aside from the basic configuration?

In Vfx, go to Windows > Audio Mixer (or Main Volume). Check in the Audio Mixer the channel volume.

Check the user manual page 27 (section 6.5) for more details.
