plese I need help the sound only coming for canel 1, noting coming for channel 2. and I can send my video to my projector,is at maseg

:cool: :cool: please post more info as to your set up , computer spec ,,,sound card set up ,aidio routing etc ,as much info as you feel nessary to help us resolve your issue :cool: :cool: one of the resources is prior postings and there solutions ,,if nothing there check the doccumation for the software..,not familiar with Vfx software ,but if the info helps someone who is they will gladly give answers till support staff come on in the am ,,,french time zone :cool: :cool: :cool:

Are you using the asio drivers ? This will allow all the outputs routing.
Are you using an external mixer ? If not then there is no need for the 2nd output.
If you intend to use an external mixer did you switch the right deck to the output [02] ?

here is the setup you're looking for :
vfx_player_output.JPG

then set the right deck to output [02] instead of [01]

Now for the projector, you need to first display the extend desktop on Windows then double click into the master video output screen of Vfx to send it on the secondary display.

If Windows can see/manage the projector, Vfx won't do nothing with it.
