If you use an external software for streaming, it is possible.
Cross DJ don't have a built in broadcast function.

Please tell us what's your O.S 'cause it's very important for broadcasting. Xp is far better for broadcasting but your soundcard must also enable the "what's you hear" to easily use the broadcasting. Otherwise you have to do something else.
Please give us more info.

Windows 7....not easy for broadcasting..

Download butt (free broadcasting tool) http://butt.sourceforge.net/

The easiest way to broadcast without using a lot of other softwares but just butt is to create a radio station in listen2myradio and give the address to the radio station so they will manage to make the connection (it's easy). And you will be affected by the upload "power" that you will need and so we will be able to broadcast with higher quality (i use 192 bitrate stereo).

This adreess you'll add it to butt settings panel (Pic 2).

Your sound card may also give you the option of "what you hear" in recording panel. I have an old Creative pcmcia 'cause gives me this possibility. (Pic 3)

You have to select this, what you hear, in butt audio panel too (Pic 2).

Now in case you don't want to use listen2myradio:

Software that we will need:

1. butt (Broadcasting tool)
http://butt.sourceforge.net/

In case that your IP address is dynamic which means it’s not static and keeps changing every time you restart your router, you will need a third software:

2. No-Ip (http://www.no-ip.com/downloads.php)
Just follow the instructions to register the software.

3. Also, it's possible that you'll have to unlock a port from your rooter (probably 8000 or 8001) to be able to broadcast. We will need this to check if a port is lock or unlock:

http://portforward.com/help/portcheck.htm

All the above programs are free for use.

If you soundcard doen't give the "what you hear option" ,which is really often in Win 7, you have to:

- Use a external mixer (just sent the master to mixer not use external mode) to route the record output to a line in of an other PC/laptop which will have all the above software to broadcast. Not your laptop.

- If you have a sound card that has 3 stereo outputs and sent the third one, as master, to record input of another PC/laptop which will have all the above software for broadcasting. Not your laptop.
