First, install the latest driver, which is v 1.04. You'll find it in the download section.
Just connect the CDJ-200 with RCA-RCA cables to U-Mix 44, if you don't use asio (for recording mostly), connect it to input 1&2, which windows uses as inputs.
When you use it with timecode, you decide where to connect.
Open up the volume control panel (which is givem by the v 1.04 driver), and set the input level very low (mostly work if you set it to first mark from the buttom).
