Hi there,
Just recently i purchase a Numark idj3 mixer controller, and decided to purchase Cross DJ software to use it. After installation of software everything seems to be working fine, but i cant get any sound when i plug in my headphones into my idj3 mixer. I need help please!!!!! Thank you.

tried to find spec on idj3 ,,not shure about the sound outputs,,if its similiar to the U-Mix Control Pro then you need to check the audio set up ,, recommend reading the manual for the unit and also the set up for Cross DJ,, seems you have your audio config wromg,, any info as to how you have it set up will help us figure out whats wrong and as always welcome to mixvibes fourm

I already updated my firmware, and audio drivers to my idj3, but I'm still having trouble hearing from my headphones. I can hear music once i put the cue in masters but not in A/B cue.
After reading previous post, i notice i the settings under mixvibe audio have to be as follow download/file.php?id=3560&mode=view
But unfortunately, I'm not getting those settings. I only get IDJ3, and only one output 1 left/right routing mode: duel stereo.

Glad to see you are using the resorces avaible,ie manuals , does seem to be a config problem,,if you could post a pic of your sound config ,maybe that will shed some light...the picture you posted is a similiar set up for using umixcontrol pro in internal mode,,
have you also checked on the Numark fourm for similiar issues this might another sorce of information

if you dont have to 2 outputs to select from, then there´s something wrong with the asio-driver.

try asio4all.

Would that be the asio driver from my laptop or the idj3 unit??

After installing Asio4all, everything seems to be working find with mix vibes software and my idj3 controller. Thanks once again!!!
