Sorry, but I still have another doubt, as I am now beginning to work with video.

My video files are flv and mp4 format, and I'm encoding to AVI HD, but the files are getting large (average 200 to 250 mb).
I am using the program Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate.

Am I doing right?
Should I convert to another format without losing quality?
what is the best program for this?
Large files can make the program slower MixVibes Vfx?

Unfortunately I'm in Brazil, and still do not know anyone who uses Vfx to take my doubts.

200 to 250Mb seems weak for a HD file.
I use VOB that are the same size for SD resolution.
