I have this problems now with Vfx 1.3.0

Sound glitch and distortion when scroll through the effects
(audio or video) i have sent picture because of my bad english.

Ghosts effects when fast scroll through media base by button on the Vfx controller.
When scrolling through windows explorer everything is perfect.
This is happening only with big mediabase (35000 songs and 8000 videos)
Or by touching by mouse on directory or genre or something else inside mediabase (mediabase is opening slowly with visible delay)

all files have been analyzed in 3 different software and broken files removed.
Could some files past test but be corrupt after analyzing ?

Is there an option to remove REVERB or disable ?

I don't have audio distortion but I have video freeze. Bug.

Only have 700 videos, will try with 500Gb of audio.

I don't think so. What did you use to test your files ?

There is no option for that.

i will try to record video with that distortion to show You

files analyzed with Vfx,Serato ,Virtual DJ pro
MP3tag and mp3val.
Videos converted: Sony vegas ,Handbrake Fr

Video is without breaks problems only with audio and only with reverb.
Sometimes... when scratch vinyl mode > short audio glitch in another player for 1 sec.

Ok, so I made a big mediabase of 92839 files (78Mb).
92097 audio / 742 video /

On the current 1.3.0 version it can became unresponsive and crash at load (often not always)
On the latest beta 1.3.1 it is "working" but with a lot of latency into the collection action.

The video file you send me is working in both versions. It looks like standard encoding from Sony Vegas with AVC mode for MP4.

I think reducing the mediabase to only the needed medias should make thing easier when working with the files management.

For the other weird behavior (ie reverb, distortion) I don't know. The only thing related to audio is not updated firmware that could cause usb issue and the sound will became glitchy or even buzzy.

in all other programs ( serato and virtual i have noticed some bugs )
this is normal thing ..serato team is very quick with fixes .

i bought Vfx only because video + effects mixing and i still think that your idea is great and high on the top and the first but the other teams are running fast and they just modified your idea .

maybe some small improvements i would like to have ass a vj
that is : resizable or smaller Vfx skin so i could drag some ( effects window ,especially FRAMES which is perfect for old videos 4:3 )
outside to the desktop so we could quickly change frames and ( audio) sampler bank .( this will be new VDj feature)
i think it is not about who is best - but what is quick and easy for us to reach and use it in 2 steps .

could you give more audio power to spectrum analyzer ...that*s perfect but if i want it to be visible i must rise gain and than have big waves (pik) but sound goes to red and is distorted .

that is what i would love to see in future

but stability on the first place . we can skip REVERB during performance but mediabase not .
