I'm unable to import a MIDI mapping. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Even not with the FAQ's and manuals. See attachments.

Hey,

Cross can't see your controller so you can't see the options to import a mapping. Check if the controller is refogniszed by the OS and all drivers installed? Check and report us. When Cross can see the device you will get an tab on the MIDI page where you can import files and select the mapping then.
