
understand it is a hardware issue,,is it commom place for a mic input to be allowed to be in the cueing/monitoring section

most mixers that i had mic inputs also had switches to turn on the mix to listen too ,also switches to switch from mic to line input ,,that you would need to monitor,,,

has this changed since the 70's
if this is so then have to arrange a mic setup that does not pass thru cueing,,,hard to beat match a mix with chatter going on in my ear also
will double check but think i had the switch in proper postion, because only the cueing track was audible in the headphones,,
