A bit of glitching!

Firstly thankyou for your help over my Digital Jockey mapping. I've got it going now with the correct mapping.

i played out on Vfx last night, just as a tester and it ran perfectly for an hour or so, however, after that period of time the picture began glitching and generally struggling to match the music, almost as if there was a kind of stutter effect on the video screen.

Is this down to my laptop not being powerful enough? i've got a HP G56 with 4gb of ram which should be powerful enough to run mixvibes.

On loading I also get a message "it appears that your hardware (mobile Intel(r) 4 series Express chipset family is not campatible, run programme anyway" - Is it maybe that my graphics card isn't good enough?

i'm too technical i'm affraid! any input here would be great.

Is the internal Intel graphics card the only one? No ATI or NVIDIA? If so then yes, this might be the breakpoint. Check the specs of Vfx on the mixvibes page.

cheers for your reply, how would I find out if my laptop has other graphics cards available?

Is there anything I can use as a plug in?

Its also worth pointing out that my physical waveform struggles to move properly (although it doesn't affect the actual play of the audio stream)

Check the device manager!
