Okay, I am having a problem... it seems my FirstMix wont install or can't find the drivers to install to my Windows 7 64bit machine. I've actually taken the FirstMix back to Gemini, plugged it up in there warehouse to a PC that already has the drivers installed on it and the FirstMix worked great...

all i need is a driver package... or someone to link me to one... i've had this product for two months and haven't been able to use it...

please someone help...

I went to tech support already...they asked me to drive to the main facility in Edison, NJ and drop of my FirstMix. I did and it works on there machines so they can not make an exchange.

Therefore I have a $100 paper weight until someone can get me drivers I can install. My machine will not install via plug in play...

just curious as to why you drove to the factory and tested it on their comp,it worked and you didnt get advisment as to getting the drivers for your computer are there any sources from firstmix web site for getting the correct drivers if you post more info as to what operating system and your set up,,then if there is any info avaible it will be supplied by some one that has it
Have you tried to go to the download section of the fourm and see if there is a driver for the set up you have

this in essence want you to update your software ,,has you tried this

Reading the manual I found out that there is no driver available because it should be plug & play because of windows internal drivers.
So there is a problem with your machine! Did you instsall all updates? Did you try different USB ports? Did you install the latest chipset drivers for your mainboard?

You've got basic usb detection issue between your OS and your hardware : nothing to do with 3rd party drivers or software.
