U-Mix Control Pro crossfader not working

my croosfader on U-Mix Control stop to work.in the screen no movement and no sound of course,if i move the curve on the back and put it on smooth(no scratching) it moves a litlle slow slow,any help please.

Does all the other controls work i.e. channel faders, EQ knobs, cue, play,...? Is there sound if you move the crossfader with your mouse into the middle and open both line faders while playing tracks on both decks?

Yes all the other controls are fine,and yes when i move the croosfader with the mouse cuts and works perfect and the line faders all good,i am going crazy with that thing cause i use the crossfader.

Sounds like a faulty crossfader to me.

Do you scratch?

yes i scratch and use it to cut and tricks cause the line faders are so heavy.I play with the curve a little bit behind the controller and the crossafader the same time and now works ok,i dont know how long will last.

Please reply if anything turns bad again. I am with Jim: if the issue still exists it seems to be a faulty crossfader (hardware).
