I RECENTLY UPDATED MY Cross PAC TO VERSION 1.7.1 AND I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY RECORDINGS...I CAN NOT HEAR ANYTHING ONCE I PLAY MY MIX BECAUSE IT ONLY PLAY SILENCE..I ALSO CHECKED ALL MY SYSTEM AND EVERYTHING IS WORKING AND UP TO DATE.ALSO I FOLLOWED ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE MANUAL.. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP TO FIND OUT THE REASON OF THIS PROBLEM????

What was your Cross audio setup (dual stereo, external mixer...).
What did you recorded: Deck A, Deck B, both, or Master.
Which format?

How did you listen back the recording?

Just explain us how did you do the recording in detail, so we can help.

AND YOU CAN TURN CAPSLOCK OFF, SO IT'S EASY FOR US TO READ YOUR PROBLEMS

for the last time: no recording when using external mixer mode.

under the assumption that you had the ability to record your mixes before,,,what has changed ,,that is the solution,,not enuff info to help
