Hello,
I've had my U-Mix 44 and U-Mix Control 2 for about 4 months now. Everything was going great now it has stopped picking up the volume panel on my mixer. I have the latest V1.71 Cross DJ LE and U-Mix V1.0.4. Can you help? I feel lost without it! Thanks!

Hey,
Welcome and have you changed something on the system?
Put the device in a new USB port, new other device inserted? And so on?
Some more information about setup and hardware also computer would be helpfull for us.

Hi, I have submitted all of my information on the User Control Panel page.
I have a Mac Book Pro, running Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3 (11D50b), 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5.

I have a U-44 sound card and U-Mix Control 2. From the moment I bought it, it was pretty much plug and play. Now, Cross DJ LE V.1.7.1 won't pick up the volume/Cross fader, part of my mixer. Thank you for your speedy replies.

what has changed in you computer set up thats what is causing the problem,,more info to help ,let us know the info to help figure it out,,

As far as I can see nothing has changed. If I select, split mono, dual mono or simple stereo, I can hear a sound from both channels. However, when I select external mixer I can only hear one channel. The phonos are corrected the same as they always have been.

a little bit lost ,how was it configured when it worked,, were you using external mixer audio routing

I just plugged the U-Mix 44 into the UBS. Clicked preferences, changed the routing mode to External Sound card and 48000HZ and it worked. It is very confusing to me too. Is there a way I can send you a screen shot of what the set up looks like?

if you have the ability and can do it ,it will help what i am trying to say is i dont know how to post a screen shot ,but yes it will help
