After I upgrade my iTunes to current version, all music I imported as Apple Lossless were unplayable in Cross DJ. It shows "Cannot load track: Unknown format". Please advise how to play it? Thanks

Check if there is something wrong with your music library in iTunes (Preferences/Advanced). Also if you are using external hard disc please check its drive letter (d:, f:)if it has changed.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm using Mac Mini with External HDD. Old songs in the library are good but the new imported songs got the message.

I finally find that for the song in iTunes exceeds 256K bits I cannot play. Anyone knows the reason and how to fix it. Thanks

Songs over 256 will be Apple lossless which is not supported. Reimport the tracks ad aac.
