Check if there is something wrong with your music library in iTunes (Preferences/Advanced). Also if you are using external hard disc please check its drive letter (d:, f:)if it has changed.

Which Version of which product? you have the ION Discover DJ software and Cross DJ registered? and when Cross DJ which version 1.6 or 1.7.1 and so on? regards Christian
