i love to solve problems (but I hate it to give answers to my, myself and I...

why didn't I discover this earlier?)
O.K., I got it!
anyway, I didn't need any IMPORT command. It's different. OK, it is really F***KING EASY!
Preparing: I exported all of my Cross playlists in order to save them and also to exchange ideas with my DJ friends right when working...
Importing: Now I opened the explorer-window in Vfx. I chose COMPUTER and went to the place where I am storing my exported playlists in m3u format. Now I doubleclick on the desired playlist and it imports itself into Vfx.

This takes a moment or two and now the imported playlist is visible as a list in the media manager.
Life could be eeeeeaaaaasyyyyyy...
job done
cheers
