I posted this topic before and it was not solved. I notice my left jogwheel does not perform it's scratch or seek function. I have not changed any of the info within the MIDI section of the software.. however I have turned on the info window and this is what is shows when ever I spin the jogwheel "Midi1-ch1 #bO 20 3d (control change 32-61) Command =
I uninstalled the Vfx 1.3.0 RC software deleted all ocurrances of mixvibes on my hard drive and also purged my registry, restarted the machine, installed Vfx 1.3.0 release dated 17 Jan 2012 and I still have the problem. Is this the end for my left jogwheel, is there a fix for this problem or not? I await assistance from whom ever can give it.

Is this what we are to expect from mixvibes support? we post a query about a piece of hardware and software we paid hard earned money for. We get no responses or support to our query on this forum.

You should have stayed on the other thread, then djegun would have see it.

Try to delete any mapping related to the Vfx Control and import the one from the instal folder.

Copy the the one from the instal folder in the folder:
C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Roaming\MixVibes\Vfx

Finally some help... grateful for it though. Regarding the mapping file in the app data folder it seems to have resolved the issue further testing will prove that though i'll keep you posted if it reverts.

About the final version of 1.3 Hats Off to you guys...i'm not only one to complain I like giving credit where it is due... the software is performing excellently... have used it on two gigs and it didnot crash not once... I am very impressed with it's stability... Hope more improvements can be done however such as a larger search window.... great job with the ASIO driver install option also no more issues with the soundcard... overall great job with Vfx 1.3

If solved, then I think your mapping file was broken.

Still have the problem....after I restarted the machine...the wheel failed again....i've given up though.

Can you see if the mapping file have been edited ?
Compare it to the one from the installer.

Looks like windows uac bad joke.
Try to give the lowest to uac user control user windows config... Your change seem to be rewriten back...
