From what I know the microphone jack on the U-Mix Control Pro can not be routed because it is no input. The U-Mix Control Pro has 4 In / 4 Out audio interface and you can see: all of them are on the back. The microphone works because it is connected directly to the master but you can not use or catch this signal as far as I know.

You can use an external controller which is connected to your master output as a workaround or connect the master output to an input of the U-Mix Control Pro if you are not using timecodes.

Simply connect the mic to Ableton with your oem soundcard.

Many controllers send the mic signal direct into the output.

You most likely need a mic with mono jackplug. Not some kind of headset/PC mic.

Alternatively you can use your PC/laptop to use the mic as an input. This would require to use the ASIO4All.com driver to create a virtual soundcard that can use both your PC/laptop as the gemini.

Please explain your intended use so more detailed suggestions can be provided.
