Problem with calibration

Hello,

I am running Cross 1.5.5, 1.6.0 and the latest version 1.7.1 on my machine with huge problems at calibration.
I can hear the timecode while in Line In mode in my mixer, so everything is routed correctly. But if I click on "Calibration..." the buttons stay orange and active, but nothing really happens. No error message pops up, it stays active and does not return to inactive (grey).

I have been testing around with Blackbrook, but he could not figure out the error. We are not quite sure if it is a general software issue.

Can you please help me? thank you very much!

Cheers,
Jannik

Hi,

Can you load a track in a player?
If not, which error message do you get?

Ok, this means you've got no working audio device selected in Cross.

Check the u46 soundcard is correctly selected in the audio preferences.

If it's the case and it still doesn't work, it basically means your souncard fails in interfacing with your computer...
-> try another usb port and/or another USB cable.

@Timo:
