Cue Monitor Buttons not working to headphones

I have just purchased the U-Mix Control Pro and loaded the Cross DJ software v1.61. Everything works except the cue/monitor to headphones buttons. I have loaded the Pro 1.03 driver but that has not fixed it. Are there any other updates I should load or is there something else I need to do?
