Hi there

I wrote to sales@mixvibes.com a few days ago, but still haven't heard anything. Have also tried to contact you via Facebook, and just tried emailing sales & info@mixvibes.com again earlier today.

I bought a copy of MixVibes Cross a few days ago Reference no: 399376375 and was hoping I would be able to download it in time for 2 gigs I have this weekend. The first one is tomorrow evening, Friday 9th of December. I had trouble paying for it by credit card so ended up paying by Paypal in the end. My PayPal account says the money has left the account.

Can you please let me know what is going on with my purchase and whether you will be able to send me a download link in time for my gig tomorrow??

Please make contact asap so that I can make other arrangements if not. I really hope you can help me!

We have nothing from paypal too, give me your paypal transaction number by PM so we could check.
