Cross DJ LE Audio Issues

Hi Guys,

I hope someone can help me with an audio issue i'm having.

I recently purchased a Gemini Firstmix USB DJ mixer that came bundled with MixVibes Cross DJ LE. In conjunction with this, I'm using my DigiDesign MBOX2, 2 Channel USB sound card. I've installed the DigiDesign ASIO drivers, and my laptop is able to play audio from my MBOX2. Mixvibes Cross DJ LE software, although able to see my ASIO DigiDesign drivers in the Audio Preferences, the software does not give any audio from the MBOX. If I change the preferences to the on board soundcard, everything seems to work as it should.

Can anybody suggest a solution... i'm dying to get my mix on

Thanks in advance

first: register you serial!
second: how do want to playback audio from an input-only device?

OK, round 2

1. I have updated my profile to show my equipment and software, as well as registered my product - sorry about that...

2. The Digidesign MBOX2 is a 2 channel input, 2 channel output USB-powered audio/MIDI production system, not an input only device. Otherwise I would not get audio out via windows media player, Wavelab, and Cubase etc.

Any advice?

Thanks Again

well, pardon my mistake.
i only know the mbox from recording...
anyway, as blackbrook implemented it can only be a routing issue.

Hello,

I am using the free version of Cross DJ and i am considering upgrading to LE to use my MBOX 2. I could not tell from this posting if an answer had been found for the problem. I tried to route the audio through the mbox but could not. Is this because I am using the free version and if I upgrade I can use it?

I have two systems to choose from Windows Vista or a Mac with 10.8 or better. thanks, ERIC

Free version has limited routing options for unlimited time. If you try the Demo version you have all functions for limited time.
