can someone please help me, just received my U-Mix Control 2 hardware, its rather cool but i have an annoying problem.

the cd with that came with it is blank !! nothing on it at all !!!

ive been going round in circles trying to download the copy of Cross DJ LE that i should have got but im getting nowhere fast

please help me, ive re-mapped for traktor 2 but i wanted the software that was supposed to come with the unit

on the cd jacket is a licence key regerster on the fourm and contack support vibes or ndeep by pm to resolve this issue,, possibility of downloading the software once you are a regerstered user welcome to mixvibes and Cross /U-Mix Control Pro

Could you try this. Enter your serial (normal found on the CD sleeve) in your User Control Panel > Profile

ucp.php?i=169

Once this is done, hopefully it should allow to download the progam and any updates for it from your download centre. Then try to install it

downloads.php

The only thing thats worries me is, that you may need the installer part of the software, which usally is included with the CD version of the software
