MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

Hey everyone this is my first post on the forum and I've just started to actually begin djing (and scratching) and I'm having trouble connecting my turntable to the controller (U-Mix Control Pro) and getting the turntable recognized (I'm only using one for scratching).

The problem I'm having besides the turntable not producing any sound is that under system preferences (Mac) and audio, there is no option for 'MixVibes ASIO U-Mix Control Pro'...

If anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it. I had it working a few months ago but now it's just not cooperating.

If you are using a Mac, you may have to update the unit's firmware.

*Extra note* I don't know if you know but CrossDJ does not support timecodes, you need Cross for that.

Wow thanks so much! It's working now. And I never wanted the turntables to be timecoded because I was really only interested in using one to scratch.

Haha thanks. My turntable wasn't timecoded I just hooked it up so i could scratch (use the crossfader on the UCP)
