Two units and still no serial # and no were to call Help!!

This is very frustrating, I got a second unit from amazon.com with overnight shipping and the same thing. It does not have the registration card only the license key on the installation cd. Can some body tell me what to do or where to call. I have two units at home now and can't use any of them, because of the dam serial number. I am in the USA and there is not phone number where to call. I just wonder if this is how this company works? I am to have to return both units and forget Vfx. I am really frustrated. I also email support and no answer..please help!!!!

I have a gig this weekend and I want to use it!!! I am not demanding just frustrated!!!!!

The MixVibes team work office hours (Monday to Friday) and are based in Paris, France.
So if you sent your email this evening (morning I guess, your time) you won't here anything till Monday I'm afraid.
