Solved...CDJ350 not a selectable option for MIDI Mapping

I recently ordered the Mixvibes Cross Pack. I previously downloaded the demo and loved it so wanted the real thing. My setup is 2 CDJ-350s and a DJM-350 mixer. I downloaded the software with no problems. My problem is when it comes to selecting the MIDI Mapping. I go to preferences, then the MIDI mapping tab. I know I am supposed to select my product out of the list. Thats my problem, the CDJ350 is not in the list of products to choose from. the 350 was in the demo not sure why with the product I paid for doesnt have it. I am guessing I will have to import the MIDI but having troubles. So I have two questions, first why is the CDJ-350 not among the long list of products to choose from for MIDI mapping. Second, how do I fix this problem???????

Even in the download center there is no mapping for the CDJ 350 which you can import and use. So you have to try mapping it yourself...unfortunately

Cheers,

Update to the latest version of Cross. The CDJ-350 MIDI mapping will show up just above the CDJ-400 player mapping ;)

Now I have a new problem. I followed the settings as required, selected the 350s on the MIDI mapping but none of the buttons and controls on the CDJs work! What settings do i need to fix now! I have all the latest drivers and software

Go to the MIDI preferences. What happens if you move the jog wheel of one of your CDJs? Is there the tab flashing in green? If so MIDI data is sent. Are you sure you have choosen the MIDI right mapping?

Don't see anything blinking green. Certain controls work, but I cant use the scroll wheel to select songs from the cdj, i cant set loops from them i can press play and change speed thats about it. its like i can get it working, but certain features dont work. I popped in the cds that came with the Cross Pack and followed every direction that is listed. But need someone to walk me through step by step...email me directly need someone on the phone....way easier than forum. tkdjk0na@gmail.com

So it works BUT not all features the CDJ delivers are mapped in Cross or not all controls can be mapped!!!
