  yes   just curious what version you have installed,,what is your sc set up, have seen this popup screen also, the sound issues are mainly in my monitor section, reverted too using 1.6 since i am not having thease issues in that version. one thing to check is the latency setting if you move it up will the sound errors go away,,, :?: ,please leave any info about the setup you are using and any pertant info to help you solve this

The latest version is the latest update and i have this issuse since I got the full version and every now with the updates.
My sound card is set to output 2 and maybe the Turtle Beach Audio Advantage Micro USB Analog and Digital Adapter but is not the headphone I hear it from, its from the main speakers.
On my output , (my speakers through the headphone jack on my cpu) is HPout3 1/HPout3 2, the limiter is highlighted (what is that for any?), Routing mode is dual stereo.

  :?: in preferences you have asio4allv2 selected, you have the computer output (1pair of speakeres ) highlighted in asio4all and you have the usb sc highlighted also, in the drop down tabs in the audio preference you have the comp speakers selected for one output and you have the usb sc selected for the other(monitor) ... :?: :?: what is the latency set at :?: :?: dont think the limiter is in play at this stage (justs keep the sound output from clipping). you said the routing is dual stero thats correct ,,if you increase the latency to the max will that stop the sound problems if yes then decrease it till it at the pt where it starts and move it just above that   my set up is similiar and right now can olny use ver 1.60

Hey, I'm still having that issue with the sound at times. I noticed that the only way to stop it is to open up the ASIO4All menu and then close it...funny thing if i do that the sound stop for about less then a second and then plays again. I have a gig i gotta do on Saturday so I would like to resolve this by then but I beeen dealing with this issue ever since i first downloaded either Cross DJ or ASIO4ALL. I tried downloading ASIO again but still the same issue and I also tried not using the sound card (same issue). That silly error message still comes up (I have screen shots but don't know how to post them on here.) The sound that comes out is kinda muffled/kinda crackling but I don't know whats been causing it. I been on YouTube, Yahoo Answers and even typed it in and all I get is random things like turn off all sounds in control panel, download this or that but none of that seems to work. Also I'm thinking maybe it configured wrong (I have a screenshot of that too) but I don't know for sure. A service number or some type of verbal help is most appreciated.

Please post that screenshot and we will try to help you out. I have followed your issue since the very beginning and I think we have already tried a lot but nothing really worked for you. Could it be that your machine is not working proper?

Cheers,

Steve
