Ive set up the mapping but i'm stuck on how to map the "VINYL" button on the U-Mix Control Pro so i can use the disc plater for spin backs.

I also would need to find out how to light this button when activated.

You should ask that on a N.I users forum as it is directly related to their MIDI functions.
