I am trying to download the update 1.6.1cross. It keeps saying I have no rights to download. What's up with that? II have registeredon MIXVIBES? Is it really worth it? I am also considering paying for the Cross DJ update. The one that says it cost $39 online at this website. Is that my best bet or is the free update like the paid one?

I believe (I could be wrong) you can upgrade to Cross/CrossDJ for a special discounted price

If I do download the Cross update(says $39 on website) will I have to reanalyze my songs? What happens to my original Cross/mixvibes? Can I restore it if I don't like update? I doubt that I wouldn't like it. I'm concerned about the analyzing part. When I first analyze my music, some were right but some were wrong(the BPM). I had to go through entire collection to make sure they were right. I don't want to do that again with this update.

Hi,

You'll have to re-analyze your songs for several reasons:
- Many bugs have been fixed since the version you've got has been released.
- The BPM analyser has changed and is far more accurate.
- Cross data format has changed.

There's really no chance you want to get back to your Discover DJ version. But, in any case, your current version will still be available after having upgraded to Cross DJ.

Cheers,
