help!....some problem with turntable on Vfx software

just bought new reloop dj2 (master edition) as my MIDI mixer so that i can mix videos from my Vfx software using 2turntable,
the problem is theres much delay, i have adjusted all i can on reloop but still the same, is there any other thing to reduce delay?.
i have found the problem, its the timecode quality, only 2 percent, the manual said visit the mixvibe support webpage if percentage is not satisfactory, hope mixvibe can reply,
