Vfx not work , help please!!!!

Dear, buy back a day ago mixvives Vfx upgrade version, once installed the software, I could not get a good performance due to malfunctions, shutdowns suddenly indicates that is not compatible graphic accelerator and finally closed, there way to re-open the software, only to reinstall the software, please nesecito help.
the characteristics attached to my laptop.
dell xps 15, i5 2.3 Ghz intel, 4gb ram, nvidia graphics gt540m high performance 2GB hd intel graphics, 500 GB hard drive, operating system Windows 7 64-bit (DirectX version 11).
I do not know what to get the performance we should have this system.
Help please.
