Hello!

I cant install my U-Mix Control.
We have a install disk is bad.
Serial number is ok. The disk is not opening in a few computers.
How download the full software package? 3DEX LE?

Please help

I just sending a email in a license key to support@mixvibes.com

The problem is a software CD. CD is bad. not readen a few computers. I dont install the console.

But where download the 3DEX LE software? And i active my license key. Pls a link. Thanks many help

Please click here to get to your user profile. There is a box for your serials. One should already be in because you have registered a U-Mix Control. If this is the serial that is written on your CD sleeve than all is fine already. Please go to the Download Center to see if there are any updates for your software. You can download those but you can not use them because you NEED the installation from your broken CD.

Please be aware that it is saturday over here in Europe and the office won't open till monday 9 AM (two days left).

Because I want to use the controller. It only added to the CDN is not functioning because of the Cross DJ so I use it with a pre-demo. Samplers are the problem. I do not know how to set up.

well part of your explanation i cant understand, first you have a U-Mix Control badge on your heading, then you want to download the 3dex software, to use the sampler i am lost if you have the U-Mix Control and software it should be the Cross software wheather it the DJ or le ver, dont understand how you want to download the 3dex software like i said i am lost
